Protein Pasta
For yesterday's dinner, I made super-duper protein filled spaghetti and sauce. I will keep working on it to give y'all a recipe eventually, but the gist is this:
Olive Oil
Garlic
Italian spicy sausage meat (HEB has some which is delicious)
Tomato Paste
Sliced Tomatoes
Heavy Cream
Spinach
Mozzarella Pearls
Red Lentil Spaghetti
Red pepper flakes
The recipe was so good and I felt so good after. I want ot perfect it because it is something a lot of people would both enjoy and benefit from!
The whole process of this dinner was something different for me. I had to fill up my car and need deodorant, so went to the grocery store after my new teacher PD. I decided in there that I wanted to get stuff for dinner. I usually decide what to eat based on the main base, but today I decided based on the protein. I found the sausage and went from there to create something in my head that was both healthy delicious. I was nervous to say the least because I am a recipe girlie, but it worked so I am going to continue to try to push my self!
This attempt was definitely a 10/10. I hope that y'alls week has been going great and happy hump day!
